Welcome to the Tri-Jax Challenge Series The Episcopal AmberJax swim club and JaxParks are proud to host this twice annual event that offers a full family oriented weekend of races including a Sprint and Youth triathlon, a 5k and a 13.1m race at the Cecil recreational facility in Jacksonville, Fl. The courses offer a pool swim, a flat fast bike, and a mostly paved run through a scenic pine forest. Proceeds from the races help support the Jax Parks Select teams which works to provide athletic opportunities for children throughout the greater Jacksonville area. Congratulations to everyone to participated in the Spring 2013 Tri-Jax Challenge! We had a great turnout, fast racing and generous sponsors. One of the many highlights came at the end of the youth race when we had about 20 racers and race volunteers cross the finish line with our final racer of the day. In what is now become our "No one left behind" Tri-Jax Tradition, these young athletes reminded us all what is truly great about the sport of triathlons. For footage, please check the video library.
